About the Instructor
- Rabbi Raphael Leban
- Rabbi Raphael Leban is the Outreach Director of The Jewish Experience. Born in Virginia, he studied at the Mir Yeshiva in Israel, participated in the Ohr Lagolah Outreach Training Program and received his Rabbinic Ordination from Rabbi Z. N. Goldberg of the Jerusalem Beis Din. The author of Torah Today, and the weekly publication Sparks of Torah, he has a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and a Master’s degree in Judaic Studies. An avid skier, Rabbi Leban teaches, shmoozes and serves as Director of The Jewish Experience Center in the JCC.
